In 1990, he co-founded Fidelity Assurance Inc., which has long been recognized as a leader in the senior insurance arena by providing the sale of Medicare supplements, long-term care and home healthcare insurance, annuities, life insurance as well as non-insurance service contracts.
As co-founder of ASSI, Bob Doolan provides enterprise strategic planning, stewardship and guidance to the sales force.
Mr. Doolan previously held various positions with Fidelity Assurance during a twenty-two-year period as a Division Manager. Mr. Doolan was responsible for the oversight of 60 full-time captive agents producing Medicare supplements, long-term care, home healthcare, single premium annuities, final expense life and non-insurance service contracts. He brings more than 25 years of industry and management experience to ASSI.
Marc Sinton provides sales and product marketing management leadership to ASSI. As Chief Operating Officer for ASSI, Mr. Sinton was instrumental in the product launch of “True Freedom” to nationwide distribution.
Mr. Sinton brings unique knowledge to senior-product marketing that can only come from firsthand experience as a prior Divisional Manager for Diversified Health Services and Fidelity Assurance. During his tenure, his personal production led him to be a continual top performer for nearly 25 years, while at the same time he led the sales team to record production and profitability. His success enabled Fidelity to prosper and expand into a variety of markets.
Dan Carter brings more than 20 years of senior-market sales and management experience to ASSI.
Dan's knowledge of marketing was fostered at UGA’s Terry College of Business where he majored in Marketing/Sales. He brings his unique experience from John Hancock as a top producer, sales manager and as an independent agent.
At ASSI, Dan develops strategies for aligning True Freedom with insurance marketing entities across the country as well as continuing to work with the sales force to cultivate talent and promote growth.
Dan is passionate about ASSI and its True Freedom product because he believes in the core value of ASSI and the benefit of the True Freedom Plans that is crucial to the growing senior market.
Chen came to American Senior Services, Inc. (ASSI) as an Chief Administrative Officer with a solid track record for maximizing the productivity of the people within her realm of responsibility. Ms. Randall helped design and develop the first versions of software for ASSI. She was instrumental in creating, maintaining and expanding the base of operations and administrations to facilitate a smooth running office; which promotes high quality and efficiency.
Chen oversees the day to day operations of the company which includes; administration, software development and design, accounting, contracting, claims, state compliance of all states and training new staff members. Mrs. Randall started her career with (ASSI) at its inception in 2008.
Responsible for the support, development and integration of all marketing elements at American Senior Services Incorporated (ASSI). Mr. Gross also provides assistance and support to sales representatives across the country for the True Freedom Home care plans.
For over a decade, Scott has dedicated himself to the senior health market. He began his career in the traditional Medicare Supplement, Long Term Care, Life Insurance & Indemnity Product sales division of the Fidelity Assurance Agency. He later moved from the sales side of the business to the support side, where he made the transition to Training Director. As Director of Training, he oversaw agents’ product training , compliance and sales support for the organization. Mr. Gross has represented ASSI and the True Freedom plans since the company’s inception in 2008.
A veteran software engineer with over two decades of experience in the information technology field, Mr. Tran combines modern computing techniques with a user-focused philosophy.

Laurie has been associated with American Senior Services since its inception in 2008 and joined the team full time in 2017.
