Laurie is a benefits manager with over 30 years of experience in the Senior Market. Laurie provides support for members enrollment, claims, independent caregivers and caregiver agencies administration.

Scott Gross has been a licensed Insurance Agent for nearly three decades. His career began at one of the largest health insurance agencies in the state of Florida servicing the senior market since 1958.

As a health insurance agent, Scott offered clients a variety of Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, Hospital Indemnity Plans, Cancer Plans, Life Insurance, Annuities, and specialized in traditional Long-Term Care Insurance.

After 5 years of direct sales, Scott was promoted to the agency’s Training Director position, overseeing compliance and product education for the steady flow of new agents contracting within the organization.

Scott was part of the team that contributed to the debut of the first True Freedom Home Care Plans that originated within the agency in 2008. Scott would pivot to True Freedom’s National Marketing and Training Director as the company rapidly expanded.

Over the years, Scott has designed the various company sales & promotional material. His days are filled regularly assisting agents in the field with contracting, support and compliance issues as well as servicing True Freedom Members in need of information or to activate services. Scott also has created and regularly presents the weekly national training webinars for the thousands of agents around the country representing the True Freedom Nationwide Home Care Plans across America.

Chanse Chanthalansy serves as the Director of Operations at True Freedom, where he leads company-wide modernization efforts across systems, processes, and communications. With a focus on structure, clarity, and long-term scalability, Chanse is responsible for streamlining workflows, improving representative and member support, and guiding the development of True Freedom’s internal business operating system.

Bringing more than two decades of cross-disciplinary experience, Chanse combines creative problem-solving with strategic systems design to build efficient, transparent, and sustainable operations. His leadership centers on unifying departments through process-driven innovation — ensuring that every part of the organization works together to deliver consistent value and service.

At True Freedom, Chanse oversees the evolution of operational frameworks, data systems, and enrollment infrastructure, helping the company transition from legacy processes to modern, integrated solutions. His work reflects a commitment to both the people and the processes that define True Freedom’s mission of providing dependable, member-focused support nationwide.
